These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ZeitVox app, operated by ZeitVox ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ZeitVox, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use ZeitVox.
Your content
You retain ownership of the clips, transcripts, and images you create in ZeitVox. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the app's features to you (recording, transcription, geo-tagging, and playback).
Community guidelines
ZeitVox is meant to be a personal, respectful space. When using the app, you agree not to:

Upload or record content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Upload images or content that violate another person's privacy or that you don't have the right to share.

Use the app to harass, stalk, or endanger another person.

Attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app or its infrastructure.
Uploaded images are automatically screened for prohibited content before they're accepted. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Reporting content or users
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to support@zeitvox.app with as much detail as possible (what you saw, when, and any relevant account or clip information). We review reports and take action, which may include content removal or account suspension.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time — see our Delete Your Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the community guidelines above.
Disclaimers
ZeitVox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription will always be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeitVox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
